Our Process

Storia Mia focuses on the experience we bring to each event, wedding or special occasion we tell your story through the celebration. We value our clients and want to build a trustworthy relationship with each and every single event we are producing. Our business is unique because we not only focus on the planning aspect but also on the hospitality concepts that go hand-in-hand with every event celebrations. We support animal rescue organizations and a percentage of our profit goes to shelter missions and volunteer field work. 

We will work on monthly meetings discussing our agenda and timeline strategies to fullfill every aspect of planning. This is where we detail the event and form the vendors team.

CUSTOM PROPOSAL

A custom proposal is sent tailoring your event details and timeline. This is where you will get the cost of our services for planning, styling, and executing your event.

BOOK AND DEPOSIT

Once the proposal is reviewed and confirmed, a contract is sent to book your planner and secure your date! This is the official step! You will be onboarded in our system and we will prepare a custom agenda and all planning to-dos for your event.

Time is here! This the time we all waited for. We encourage our clients to enjoy the celebrations while we manage all the aspects of execution. You did it!

DO YOU WORK WITH A TEAM?

I am the owner and lead planner, but I have a strong, committed team of wonderful people who work with high standards and ethics to represent Storia Mia Events. Our integrity is showed through our professional work and customer service, where hospitality meets storytelling. 

HOW MUCH TIME WILL WE BE SPENDING TOGETHER?

It depends on the vision of your wedding. For a full planning, we might look at 12 months or so. We do monthly zoom meeting to discuss updates and to-dos and keep us all on track! Just so you know "day of coordination" is a myth for any professionals in our industry; we will connect at least 1 month prior your date to discuss timeline and logistics through our management package.
